Through listening examples, videos, live demonstrations, and interactive activities, participants will discover the distinctive sounds, aesthetics, stories, and even politics behind Chinese musical traditions. Designed for participants of all backgrounds, this free introductory event welcomes anyone with an interest in Chinese music or culture. No prior musical experience is required.
