Maryland Administrative Building 2 is located on South Maryland Parkway, near East Rochelle Avenue. It houses Continuing Education, Educational Outreach, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, and Summer Term.

Parking on the north side of the building is reserved for NSHE.
