In honor of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, join us for an evening of conversation with Sue Kim of the beloved Korean-born singing trio, the Kim Sisters. The group first took Las Vegas by storm in 1959 with their appearance in the China Doll Revue at the Thunderbird Hotel, and later made 22 appearances on the Ed Sullivan Show. In March 2014, Sue Kim became the first Korean-American inducted into UNLV’s Nevada Entertainer/Artist Hall of Fame.
Moderated by Su Kim Chung, Head of Special Collections Public Services at UNLV Libraries Special Collections and Archives.
