In this workshop, students will learn how to successfully establish a mentor-mentee relationship that fosters both personal and professional growth. Students will develop their understanding of mentorship role dynamics, strategies for effective communication and practical skills for building impactful partnerships.
By participating in this workshop students will:
- Learn about the difference between mentor and mentee roles and how they work together.
- Discover communication strategies to enhance collaboration and constructive feedback in mentoring connections.
- Learn effective approaches for setting clear goals, navigating challenges, and creating an inclusive, collaborative mentoring environment.
