"The Freedom in Self-expression," our next Healing Through Connections event, is a zine-making workshop that will be facilitated by local Las Vegas artist Montaysia Yuneek. We will be hosting a communal space outdoors to create your own zine and embrace self-expression through art and creativity while we enjoy the spring weather together on campus. Supplies and snacks will also be provided.
Admission Information
This event is open to UNLV, CSN, NSC students, as well as community folks. No experience is needed to participate in this event as this is a space to spark curiosity and creativity free of judgment or expectations. Self-expression can be a great form of healing to help us understand ourselves and process our emotions.
Though supplies will be provided, you are more than welcome to bring your own. Those who RSVP will receive a Care package filled with goodies that you may pick up at our office.
