  • Review the historical background and current state of cannabis in the U.S. to a clinical audience
  • Appraise the pathway of cannabis legalization in Nevada from medical cannabis to non-medical cannabis
  • Discuss conditions where licensed physicians can provide patient access to medical cannabis and barriers to medical cannabis access
  • Describe the regulatory structure of cannabis within the state of Nevada including licensing and operations, public health protections, ethics and safety
