Description
Many graduate students experience imposter syndrome or feel unprepared for their graduate work. This session will help graduates work to increase their confidence in being a graduate student, whether their long-term goals include research or more professional practice. This workshop will introduce self-efficacy theory and the four sources of building efficacy. It will also provide ways to build their own efficacy through those sources, providing examples for each source.
