In partnership with Council for a Better Nevada, The Lincy Institute presented at a community event titled, "A Discussion on Nevada Higher Education Reform." Panelists included Executive Director of The Lincy Institute and Brookings Mountain West, Dr. Robert E. Lang, professor emeritus of higher education at NYU (2011) and past chair of the Department of Administration, Leadership and Technology, Dr. Richard (Dick) Richardson, Jr., and Managing Director at HighTower Las Vegas, Mr. Hugh Anderson.
