UNLV Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) will be holding a tabling event for students to provide information on resources and pass out coping kits. The coping kits will provide materials to engage in a 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique, such as fidget toys, lip balm, and candy to help connect with your senses.
