Description

Defining your goals helps you stay focused on your underlying motivation, effectively strategize your success, and track your accomplishments as you strive to meet them. This workshop will unpack the foundations of goal setting, help you clearly identify those goals that you’ve been mulling over, walk you through a new way of capturing those goals, and help you create a plan to achieve them.

By participating in this workshop students will:

  • Build an understanding of goal setting and why it matters.
  • Brainstorm and practice effective goal setting using the SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-based) approach.

Presenter: John Hirano, Ph.D. Goals Coaches, U.S. Bank
