Overall wellness is integral to students navigating the challenges of graduate school. In this workshop, you will learn about beneficial wellness tactics and strategies to help you prioritize your well-being, practice mindfulness, and prevent burnout. Learning about these strategies will help students practice resilience, alleviate stress, and nurture a more positive and balanced graduate student experience.
