Spread the Word is a nonprofit dedicated to helping improve childhood literacy rates for those in low income or at-risk communities within Nevada. We will be participating in their Community Book prep where we help beautify and repair books that this organization will distribute to schools in need. We will also have food catered to this event, so you can enjoy some food on us! 

As for the timing of our event, we will be meeting up at the event location, Spread the Word, at 8:30 a.m. As such, please plan your driving arrangements or if you are able to, please reach out to us if you are able to carpool someone else. Please plan to arrive on time as we will be conducting a facilitation of an educational portion as well as get to know each other prior to the event. After, we will participate in the book prep from 9 - 11 a.m. 

Parking is available in front of the Spread the Word office as well as in spaces facing American Pacific Drive. Please avoid parking in spaces in front of neighboring businesses as those are reserved for tenants. 

Please wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes to be working in a warehouse setting. We will be reaching out to you prior to the event to confirm your participation, so please keep an eye out for our correspondences.
