Description
Join us for delicious fares on select Tuesdays from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the Stan Fulton Building. Each dinner service is planned, prepared, and hosted by hospitality seniors in FAB 410.
Menu for Tuesday Dinner
Note: Reservations are required for Tuesday dinner service.
- Krispy Chicken Sandwich: Soy-garlic-marinated fried chicken thigh, toasted bun, tajin pickled cucumber, gochujang mayo, fresh jalapeno.
- Mini Korean Tostadas: Soy-garlic-marinated shrimp, wonton shell, pickled red radish, cabbage, cilantro crema, green olives, lime wedge.
- Kickin' Wings: Chicken wings, ginger, honey, smoked paprika, thai chili garlic dressing, toasted sesame seeds.
- K-ARNE Asada Tacos: Marinated skirt steak, corn tortilla, cabbage, carrot, garlic, pickled jalapeno, gochujang crema, lime wedge.
Price
Prices range from $12-15 per plate.
