Work by Laura Brennan and Afsaneh Javanmard

Suspended showcases the photographic works of Laura Brennan, UNLV MFA ’18, and Afsaneh Javanmard, UNLV BA ’18. Both artists explore unconventional approaches in their work with materials and process to create images that float within the frame. Brennan’s prints of Polaroid emulsion lift address the inaccessibility of memories, while Javanmard’s photographs are rich and full of cultural symbolism.

Gallery hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
