The 2026 Rebel Career Champions Network (RCCN) Career Showcase highlights the many ways UNLV faculty, staff, and programs make career readiness visible, intentional, and impactful for students. The event celebrates the innovative work happening across campus to prepare Rebels for success after graduation.

The showcase will feature a stroll the floor format with poster presentations, lightning talks, and interactive displays. Attendees will be able to explore a variety of projects, assignments, and initiatives that support student career development. The event will also include a celebratory mixer that provides opportunities for conversation, networking, and the sharing of ideas.

Presentations will focus on four areas of impact. Student Highlights will showcase authentic student career stories. Career Classes will highlight course outcomes and assignments that build career competencies. Career Related Assignments will demonstrate projects that connect academic learning to career readiness. Career Strategies and Resources will feature tools, programs, and best practices that support the broader student body.

Participants will also be recognized through several People’s Choice Awards, including Most Impactful, Most Inspirational, Most Innovative, and Most Interesting. Presenters will receive a Rebel Career Champion Expo Participant digital badge, recognition in the RCCN online gallery, and the opportunity to be featured in UNLV Today.

The 2026 RCCN Career Showcase will take place on April 30, 2026 from 3-5 p.m. in the UNLV Student Union. The event celebrates the collective work of the UNLV community in preparing students for meaningful careers.
