Physicians, faculty, residents, fellows, and students across all health sciences are invited to attend the "Introduction to Qualtrics Part 1: Survey Design" educational seminar. Upon completion, physicians and other health science researchers will be able to:

• Identify functions of Qualtrics survey builder
• Arrange survey questions and responses
• Design survey flow and additional algorithms
