Domestic Travel

  • Travel of three consecutive nights or less, a maximum of one checked bag in addition to the airline carry-on policy, plus personal items.
  • Travel of four consecutive nights or longer, a maximum of two checked bags in addition to the airline carry-on policy, plus personal items.

International Travel

  • Travel of four consecutive nights or longer, a maximum of two checked bags in addition to the carry-on policy of the airlines, plus personal items.

Exceptions to this policy require the approval of a Dean, VP or Provost with specific justification for the additional baggage prior to traveling.
