What Are Super Users?
Super users are a network of individuals on campus — outside the central Business Affairs division — who successfully completed extensive training in either the human resources or financial components of Workday. They are your front line resource for Workday questions!
Super Users Cohorts
Participants in the super user program dedicated many hours of their time to hone their Financials or HCM expertise. Their contribution to the campus Workday user support model is invaluable, and their roles are many, including to:
- Identify and propose solutions to campus user issues
- Test new releases and processes
- Help write Tips & Tricks and FAQs
- Train campus colleagues
