Lending for Undergraduate Students

The application opens on October 13th for Winter 2025 Commencement. The portal will close when our inventory is depleted. Must be an undergraduate student to apply.

Cap & Gown Lending Application

Applicants will receive an email with confirmation of their application within a week of applying. Loaned regalia packages must be returned to the Basic Needs Program (Student Union Room 309) within two weeks after commencement; the program will have a drop off location at the commencement ceremony. More details will be shared via email to applicants via their UNLV email address, including if their request can be fulfilled, the week of November 10th.
