Programs & Events

We offer a variety of social and educational programs that work to affirm identities, provide space for learning and create community. Our events are open to everyone at UNLV; no matter how you identify.

Identity Months & Weeks

Since the early 1900s, the nation has dedicated days and months for specific underrepresented communities whom have faced much discrimination in the country. Therefore, one method of embracing UNLV's commitment to nurture equality, diversity, and inclusivity is through identity months/weeks which correspond with the national cultural months/weeks. Working collaboratively with UNLV student organizations, faculty and staff, each identity month/week offers to educate and celebrate our nation, our campus, and ourselves.
