Student Affairs Strategic Planning & Assessment provides faculty and staff in Student Affairs departments with leadership and support for strategic planning, program review, and assessment processes.

Student Affairs Strategic Planning & Assessment achieves its mission by:

  • Aligning goals, strategic objectives, and outcomes with institutional priorities.
  • Fostering data-informed decision-making for the Division, as well as its departments, programs, and services.
  • Serving as a resource for Student Affairs departments’ research and assessment endeavors including national benchmark surveys.
  • Creating a culture of assessment by expanding faculty and staff knowledge about assessment, methods, and student learning.
  • Serving as a liaison with other institutional assessment and research entities.
  • Broadly sharing information gathered through Student Affairs assessment work.
