Your RebelCard is your official UNLV ID and will be used across campus. You will also need it for residence hall move-in and to check in at Premier UNLV. Pick yours up at the RebelCard Office in the Student Union.
We’re open for move-in, and our team is ready to get you your card quickly, no matter where you are in the process. Here’s how cards will be issued during move-in:

If you submitted a photo
Good news — if you submitted your photo ahead of time, your RebelCard has already been printed, and pickup is fast. On move-in day, head to the area under the staircase, right across from the RebelCard Office, for card pickup. Be sure to bring a form of ID so our staff can verify your identity before handing you your card.
If you still need a photo taken
Haven’t submitted a photo yet? No problem — you can get one taken in the office. Stop by the RebelCard Office with your NSHE ID number and form of ID, and a staff member will take your photo and print your card. During peak move-in times, this step may take a little longer, so we recommend building in extra time before check-in.
A few tips for a smooth visit
- Do not forget to bring a form of ID with you; we do accept photos of your ID
- Move-in day can get pretty busy, so consider submitting your photo before your card is printed and ready for pick up.
- If you lost your RebelCard during summer break, there is a $20 fee to replace the card
- If you broke your card, there is a $15 fee to replace it. The broken card must be presented to pay this fee.
