Overview of the UNLV campus

About

UNLV's Real Estate office conducts the real property management activities at UNLV, which requires a significant amount of interaction with UNLV Senior Administration, NSHE Staff, the Board of Regents Investment Committee, the UNLV Foundation, the UNLV Research Foundation, other local governmental bodies, and utility companies.

UNLV's Senior Vice President for Business Affairs manages approximately 491 acres owned by the Nevada System of Higher Education on behalf of the university. Leases and intergovernmental agreements include about 41,103 square feet of office, studio, classroom, clinic, and research space and 10 acres of land leased from other property owners. More than 144,000 square feet and 35 acres of property are leased to non-UNLV tenants.
