As a DACA recipient raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Mariana is passionate about working with immigrant communities, creating opportunities to empower undocumented students and their families, and advocating for educational equity. She completed her Master of Social Work degree at UNLV with an emphasis in Management & Community Practice and in her spare time, Mariana enjoys reading, being a plant mom, and exploring Nevada.
