Favorite Theories, Models, or Research Interests: As someone who was a sociology major, I am generally interested in most theories that seek to explore humanity, how we evolve as a society, and how we can become more just as people. I am never in search of the perfect theory/model - I do not believe they exist - but instead enjoy using them in a multitude of ways - as lenses to think differently than I already do, as ideas that should be critiqued and picked apart, and as concepts that can further benefit my ever changing perspectives and relationships to others while seeking to make the world a better place.
