Cynthia Mishlove earned her master's degree in english and her doctoral degree in education. She has been teaching for 30 years and has been at UNLV since 2017, where her favorite courses to teach are in the freshman composition sequence. She has received several teaching awards; she especially likes forging connections with students, working together in partnership for student success.
