All students and instructors who wish to use practice rooms must agree to the Practice Room Policy each semester. The School of Music no longer charges a Practice Room Pass fee each semester. However, to deter the repeated behavior of practice room users forgetting their RebelCards in the Music Office and/or taking practice room keys home, the following policy will be enforced:

Practice room users who leave their RebelCard in the Music Office and/or forget to return a practice room key will be warned twice. On the third offense, their practice room privileges will be revoked for the semester. Users who have their privileges revoked will be assessed a $20 fee to have their privileges reinstated.

To begin using the practice rooms please complete the Practice Room Policy and Agreement form NOW. You will NOT be able to check out practice room keys if you have not completed the form.
  
All students and staff must have a RebelCard (UNLV ID) to use practice rooms. If you do not have a RebelCard, visit the UNLV RebelCard webpage.

After you receive your RebelCard, you will be able to submit the Practice Room Policy and Agreement form.
