The Dayton Complex, located along Tropicana Ave. and just steps from the Student Recreation & Wellness Center, includes Dayton North and Dayton South buildings. Dayton is reserved for approximately 500 first-year students and offers double and limited triple room configurations.

Tonopah Complex

Located near the center of campus alongside the Dining Commons and steps from the Student Recreation & Wellness Center and Lied Library, Tonopah Center and Tonopah South together are home to a mix of 600 first-year and upper-class students.

South Complex - comprised of Boyd, Rodman, and Williams halls - is located near Tropicana Ave. and is adjacent to the Dayton Community and Upper Class Complex as well as the Student Recreation & Wellness Center. South Complex is home to up to 500 first-year and upper-class students in double rooms.

Upper Class Complex (UCC)

Upper Class Complex (UCC), located directly next door to both the Hazel M. Wilson Dining Commons and the Student Recreation & Wellness Center, is comprised of four buildings containing unique suite-style divided rooms with balconies or patios.

UCC serves up to 200 upper-class (post-first-year) students deluxe single rooms, each with a separate living/study area and a full-size bed.
