For any work order request involving a repair in your room or to any part of the residence hall building, please submit your request online at any time to RebelRepair (from UNLV Internet connections only) or call the RebelRepair Help Desk at 702-895-5324 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Please be as specific as possible; work orders are generally completed within one to two business days, depending on the nature of the problem. Inquiries about work order status may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event of an emergency repair or situation that is potentially threatening to the life or safety of any person, please contact your staff member on duty (RA or front desk) immediately.
For property management inquiries other than maintenance requests, please contact the Office of Housing & Residential Life, or contact a Customer Service Advocate at your community’s front desk.
