The Coca-Cola Refreshing Filmmaker Award is a platform to provide film students, from partnered schools, the opportunity to create content for the big screen. This year, three finalists will be given a budget of $22,000 to complete a short 60 second branded spot for Coca-Cola. The winning film will screen in all Coca-Cola pouring AMC and Cinemark theaters across the country.
Applying for the Award!
For the 2025-2026 cycle, you must submit the following by Friday October 10th, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (8:59 PM PST). The submitting team must consist of a Producer and one other Crew Member such as a Writer, Director, DP, etc... Both members must be current full-time or part-time undergraduate or graduate UNLV Film students or alumni who graduated December 2023 or later.
- A one-page script in screenplay format.
- A budget. (If you have never made a budget before, email Professor Levner or Professor Dias for help.)
- A signed signature page. (This must be signed by your faculty advisor – Professor Levner or Professor Dias.)
