Summer Conference Housing

Are you hosting a meeting or event in Las Vegas from the beginning of June to early August? Do you need a safe, secure, and affordable housing option for your guests? We provide clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly housing options, with a friendly staff available 24 hours a day.

The first available check-in date on June 1, 2023 at 3 p.m. and the final check-out date is on August 7, 2023 at 11 a.m.

Services

UNLV Conference Housing offers a variety of exceptional services to assist you during your stay:

  • Dedicated On-Site Hospitality Assistant assigned to your group's reservations
  • Guest Services Desk hours of operation are 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
  • 24-hour on call staff available for assistance outside of Guest Services Desk hours
  • 24-hour on-call maintenance
  • Complimentary wi-fi access
  • Snack and beverage vending machines on-site
  • Suite specific air conditioning

Rates

Single Room - $60 per night per person

  • Bedroom will be single occupancy per guest
  • Each pair of bedrooms will share one private restroom facility adjoining the two bedrooms (2 people per restroom)

Double Room - $30 per night per person

  • Bedroom will be double occupancy (2 guests per room)
  • Each pair of bedrooms will share one private restroom facility adjoining the two bedrooms (4 people per restroom)

These rates include the following:

  • Linen package: towel, bathmat, washcloth, mattress pad, sheets, blanket, and pillow
  • Bedroom furniture: bed, desk, dresser, closet/wardrobe (depending upon facility)

Laundry

Each residence hall community includes complimentary laundry facilities (laundry detergent not provided).

Parking

After purchasing a UNLV parking permit, guests are permitted to park in several designated lots on campus. Your On-Site Hospitality Assistant can provide more information on the options available.
