When Everything Feels Like Too Much: Helping Kids Manage Overwhelm

Description

This interactive huddle is designed for parents who notice their kids shutting down, snapping easily, or falling apart over “small things.” The session provides support for navigating a child’s emotional overload, especially during the back-to-school rush. Together, we’ll explore the signs of overwhelm, what may be happening beneath the surface, and how to respond in ways that calm the chaos rather than add to it.
