Menopause remains an unspoken workplace crisis—undermining performance, accelerating attrition, and costing organizations their top women at the height of their careers. Mariah Prince-Allen (DNP, FNP-BC), CEO of Telehealth for HER and nurse practitioner at Duke University, will be teaching women at UNLV the basics of menopause and hormone health, as well as the economic impacts that menopause can have.
