Pause from your busy schedule and find calm in the noise. Join Nirmala Lekhak, Ph.D., RN, assistant professor at UNLV Nursing, for a virtual guided meditation session from the comfort of your own space, every Tuesday at noon.
Meditation increases self-awareness, reduces stress, and can help you connect with the positive energy within. Lekhak guides participants through Maitri Sambodh Dhyaan meditation, a holistic style that combines breathwork, AUM chanting, focused awareness, visualization, and gratitude practice.
This guided approach helps reduce stress and anxiety, increase awareness, strengthen intuition, and promote better sleep and self-care.
