Description
Join representatives from the UNLV MFA Art program for this virtual information session. The UNLV Department of Art invites artists to apply for the Fall 2026 MFA Program in Art.
The three-year MFA is studio-based and research-focused with an emphasis on creative practice, interdisciplinarity, community engagement, and professional development. The deadline to apply is Dec. 1 (priority) and Feb. 1 (final).
Our upcoming information session will highlight the personal and professional benefits of pursuing graduate education at UNLV, with a focus on the MFA Art program. We will also cover the graduate school application process and provide guidance on applying for a Graduate Assistantship, which includes a tuition waiver, health insurance, and an annual stipend. The presentation will conclude with a Q&A session.
