Unhealthy Habits: Breaking Cycles and Building Consistency
When
Office/Remote Location
Description
Many of the habits we struggle with—such as emotional eating, excessive screen time, overworking, or relying on substances—often begin as attempts to cope with stress, difficult emotions, or life challenges. In this supportive Huddle, participants will explore the underlying reasons unhealthy habits develop, identify the needs those habits meet and discover practical strategies to create lasting change. Attendees will gain tools to make intentional choices without relying on shame or self-criticism. Join us to better understand your habits, strengthen your resilience, and build healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.
