This workshop will cover Philippine history from precolonial to modern times. Attendees will learn about the three eras of Philippine colonization and a form of internalized racism that is unique to Filipinos as a result: colonial mentality. Attendees will have opportunities to reflect on the history and information as well as learn about how to challenge colonial mentality and learn more about themselves.
