The Tobacco and Nicotine Cessation and Relapse Prevention Support Huddle is designed to support individuals who are seeking to quit tobacco and nicotine use or maintain abstinence following cessation. This Huddle provides a supportive environment in which participants can share experiences, normalize challenges, learn from one another, and build accountability, while receiving professional guidance on cessation strategies and healthy ways to overcome cravings and triggers. This Huddle is appropriate for individuals at various stages of change, including those preparing to quit, actively quitting, or working to prevent relapse. If you are struggling with smoking, vaping, or something like it, this Huddle is for you.
What are ComPsych® Huddles?
ComPsych Huddles are hour-long interactive online sessions that provide education, skill building, and connection. Other interactive sessions by ComPsych include:

- Practices: 25-minute guided mindfulness and relaxation exercises
