Description

The Harrah College of Hospitality is planning an exciting 13-night Study Abroad experience in Jamaica for summer 2027, focused on the country’s hospitality and tourism industry. This is a unique opportunity to experience Jamaican tourism firsthand, visit renowned hospitality properties, meet with industry professionals, and explore several destinations across the island — all while earning academic credit!

Come to the information session to learn more about the itinerary, academic experience, accommodations, program costs, application process, and what you can expect during your two weeks in Jamaica.

The program will be taught by Tony Henthorne, Director of the Caribbean Studies Program and co-author of Jamaica: Tourism History of an Island Paradise, along with Kaila Seidler, M.S., Admissions & Recruitment Coordinator.

Space is expected to be limited to approximately 14–16 students.
