This Huddle discusses the basic principles of strength training and the associated overall health benefits, especially musculoskeletal health! Participants will learn about the various methods of strength training for their specific health goals, as well as how to create a solid foundation for a consistent strength training exercise routine. This Huddle is educational only and does not include physical activity or guided exercise. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new fitness program.
