Description

Setting boundaries and saying “no” can feel challenging, but it’s an essential part of maintaining your well-being and building healthy relationships. In this interactive huddle, we’ll explore what boundaries are, the different boundary styles and types, and how they show up in everyday life. Participants will learn practical strategies to set and maintain healthy boundaries, communicate needs clearly, and manage stress when faced with pushback. We’ll challenge common myths about boundaries and build skills in assertive communication. Walk away with increased self-awareness, actionable tools, and techniques to help you create more balanced, respectful, and empowered connections.
