Engaging in regular self-care activities improves your overall wellbeing, your resilience to life’s stressors, and helps you successfully manage life’s challenges. In this ComPsych Huddle you will learn ways to proactively enhance your well-being through various self-care techniques. You will also learn various evidenced-based coping tools you can employ when you are experiencing a difficult situation or stressor.
What are ComPsych® Huddles? ComPsych Huddles are hour-long interactive online sessions that provide education, skill building, and connection.
