Please join us to celebrate the life of Dr. Robert E. Lang on Friday, September 16, 2022 in Greenspun Hall on the UNLV campus. A light reception will begin at 3 p.m. in the Greenspun Hall Lobby, with the event beginning promptly at 3:30 p.m. inside the Greenspun Hall Auditorium.

As executive director of Brookings Mountain West and The Lincy Institute and the inaugural Lincy Endowed Chair in Urban Affairs in the Greenspun College of Urban Affairs, Dr. Robert Lang served UNLV, Southern Nevada, and the State of Nevada with distinction and dedication. As a preeminent scholar in urban planning and related fields, Dr. Robert Lang excelled as a teacher, author, and change agent.

We will gather with friends, family, colleagues, and students to share our favorite memories and recommit ourselves to creating a better UNLV, Southern Nevada, and State of Nevada.
