Retirement as Opportunity: Well-Being Beyond Work
When
Office/Remote Location
Description
Retirement is roughly a third of your adult life. Most of us carefully plan for the financial side of retirement and hardly plan for the life side. In this interactive huddle, we'll explore what research reveals about thriving in that chapter: why retirement is a transition and an opportunity, how to let go of a work role without losing yourself, and why more free time isn't always better. We will also look at the everyday habits, movement, mental challenges, and connection that help make living longer mean living better. Whether retirement is next year or a distant thought, come ready to reflect, share, and leave with one small action you'll take this month toward your next chapter.
