This workshop provides undergraduate students with a foundational understanding of research data management principles and practices. Participants will learn strategies for organizing, documenting, and preserving data throughout the research process.

Participants will learn to:

•    Apply best practices for data organization, documentation, and storage.
•    Use effective file naming, version control, and backup strategies.
•    Develop a basic data management plan for a research project.
