In this 45-minute workshop, participants will work on implementing Regular and Substantive Interaction (RSI) in their courses through direct instruction. This training will focus on the following outcomes:
- Utilize various WebCampus functions to create low and high-stakes access points for students to interact and engage
- Identify spaces for promoting the quality engagement for the following interactions: student to student, student to instructor, student to content
- Begin looking at ways to change or modify current courses to promote community and positive interactions.
Active listening and thoughtful participation is encouraged to promote meaningful discussion and ensure participants benefit from the shared ideas and experiences of the group.
