Description
Burnout does not happen overnight. It builds gradually when stress continues without enough recovery. In this Huddle, participants will explore the difference between everyday stress, fatigue, and burnout, and learn how to recognize early warning signs before exhaustion deepens. This interactive Huddle will focus on practical, sustainable self-care strategies that fit into busy lives. Participants will walk away with simple tools to protect their energy, reduce overwhelm, and create small, consistent habits that support long-term well-being.
