Refresh your posture and reduce tension with this stretch break. In this huddle brief practice, (just 10-15 minutes), you’ll learn simple, desk-friendly moves that support back health, ease stiffness, and help you feel more energized throughout your workday.
What are ComPsych® Practices?
ComPsych Practices are exercises on guided mindfulness and relaxation exercises, usually around 25 minutes in length. Other interactive sessions by ComPsych include:
- Alliances: Support groups for shared communities
- Webinars: One-hour educational sessions
- Huddles: Hour-long sessions that provide education, skill building, and connection

Open to UNLV faculty/staff. Register in four easy steps:
- Visit the ComPsych GuidanceResources® website
- Log in (or create an account using Web ID: UNLVEAP)
- Select Browse All Services → Online Huddles
- Choose your session and select "Register"
