Description
This month's topic: Should I become undergraduate coordinator?
A panel of non-tenure track (NTT) faculty will discuss the pros and cons of being their department's undergraduate coordinator. Please join us for one of the two online sessions to learn about being an undergraduate coordinator.
What are NTTGs?
The Teaching & Learning Commons hosts a community for non-tenure track instructional faculty at UNLV, including faculty-in-residence, part-time instructors (PTIs), lecturers, and postdoctoral scholars. The gatherings center on themes and topics chosen and led by members of this community.
The community will meet in-person throughout the year at a day/time determined by the group both in-person and on Zoom. The aim is to foster community and to support NTT in sharing resources, challenges, and experiences specific to the NTT experience–all within a safe and supportive space. If you are interested, please let us know by registering.
Admission Information
While all NTTGs are open to faculty-in-residence, lecturers, visiting assistant professors, part-time instructors (PTIs), and postdoctoral scholars, this particular information would be relevant for full-time faculty. RSVP now.
