Navigating Family Stress, Holidays, and Emotional Overload with Children

Office/Remote Location

Online

Description

The busiest weeks of the year ask a lot of children, and even the fun parts take energy. When demands pile up faster than a child can recover, stress tends to show up in behavior before it shows up in words. In this huddle, participants will learn how overload can look different from early childhood through adolescence; which seasonal demands most often raise the pressure at home; learn to use practical strategies to support regulation; and how to build a realistic plan that protects routines, connection, and recovery time. The goal isn't a stress-free season, but enough flexibility and support to move through it together.
